It looks like someone melted a piece of tupperware on a grill, or maybe one of those plastic egg holders that you get in the camping section(that's what the color reminds me of)? But I'm guessing someone accidently put a piece of tupperware on a grill or some kind of grate.

It has got to be some kind of plastic that got heated on a grill. A lid?
